Sticky Toffee Pudding

This pudding is served with whipped cream. I was not disappointed by the Brass Pub at the Talbot Hotel. The pudding came with a tiny little cup of real whipped cream topped by a strawberry, the pudding topped with a  sauce, a scoop of Irish original vanilla ice cream, and a scoop of bilberries (found in Ireland and resemble small blueberries but have a sweeter taste. I learned about these when I directed “Dancing at Lughnasa” by Brian Friel). The pudding more than made up for the mediocre breakfast I had earlier in the day. I would show a photo but I ate it before I remembered. Plus my attachment is not working and I must figure out how to get another to download photos from my camera onto the computer.
